Engagement & Scope

Uranium Tech provides 'Infrastructure-as-a-Service.' By engaging our firm, you are not merely purchasing a website; you are commissioning a custom-engineered digital asset. Our scope includes full-stack development, cloud architecture, and automation logic. Any work outside the initial 'Project Scope' will be classified as a Phase II engagement and billed accordingly.

Digital India Development Subsidy

To foster the "Grow in India" mission, Uranium Tech provides a direct **12.5% Development Subsidy** on development labor costs for qualifying entities.

Eligibility: Must possess a valid proof of first-time business incorporation.
Exclusions: The subsidy does not apply to server costs, API credits, domain acquisition, or 3rd-party premium licenses.
Nature of Subsidy: This is a private corporate initiative by Uranium Tech. It is a direct discount on our professional service rates to assist in scaling your digital foundation.

The 50-40-10 Payment Shield

To ensure zero-friction delivery, all projects follow the mandatory 50-40-10 framework: 50% Initialization (non-refundable retainer), 40% Staging (due upon delivery of the functional beta link), and 10% Deployment (due prior to the global production push).

Asset Ownership & IP

We build Engineered Assets. Upon final 100% payment settlement, the Client receives full ownership of the custom code and deployed environment. Uranium Tech retains the right to use non-sensitive architectural patterns and core logic modules to improve our overall engineering engine.

Limitation of Liability

Uranium Tech shall not be liable for business losses, downtime, or data loss arising from third-party service failures (AWS, Cloudflare) or client misuse. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project milestone in question.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This agreement and any dispute arising from it shall be governed by the laws of India. Both parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in MP.

Loyalty Perks & Sustained Scaling

Partners who scale their infrastructure exclusively with Uranium Tech are eligible for the **Institutional Loyalty Protocol**, which includes:

The 10% Legacy Discount: A perpetual 10% reduction on development labor for all Phase II expansions and new secondary assets.
Priority Sprint Access: Loyalty partners bypass standard wait-lists, receiving a guaranteed initialization within 48 hours for emergency patches or urgent updates.
Zero-Cost Consultations: Quarterly technical architecture audits at no additional cost to ensure your system remains at peak performance as tech evolves.
Referral Credit: Clients who refer new partners receive a one-time 5% credit towards their own next infrastructure milestone.
